Thermobar is Thermoseal Groups own manufactured warm edge spacer tube engineered using thermoplastic tube. It can be supplied with (Thermobar) or without a gas diffusion barrier (Thermobar LITE). It is available in black, grey and white. Sizes: 4mm, 11.5mm, 13.5mm, 15.5mm, 17.5mm and 19.5mm.

A structurally-sound warm edge spacer tube made from high performance plastic tecatherm combined with integrated stainless steel gas diffusion barrier. This spacer tube can be processed in sealed unit production using traditional sealed unit manufacturing equipment and methods. It is available in a range of widths. Standard height is 7mm and length is 5mtrs.

Spacer bars which conduct less heat than a conventional metal spacer at the edge of the glass are referred to as 'Warm Edge'. Foam spacer is an alternative warm edge spacer, and is available in a range of sizes and colours.
