'S' System Blinds (Slide Control)
This system is designed with a frontal magnetic control slider and is only available as a 14mm Pleated blind which fits into a 20mm or 22mm airspace. A magnetic device is positioned centrally on the outer surface of the internal glass which couples with a similar internal magnet located in the moveable head-rail.
The simple slide design can be positioned at any inclination and the head rail can be placed at any side profile position within the sealed unit so that the blind can be moved in a variety of directions: from right to left; from left to right; from the top to the bottom and vice versa. Two blinds can also be installed within one unit so that they draw in towards the centre of the unit and meet in the middle.
As with all other ScreenLine integrated blinds, this system is an effective solution to light and heat regulation in a home or office and does not compromise the sealed unit. The fact that this particular model can be operated at a variety of angles and directions makes it ideal for attics, roof windows and any other window which is not completely vertical.
The magnets have an unlimited life and are resistant to high temperatures ( 120°+).
