Thermobar in a Box Sample Carton

We have produced a ‘Thermobar in a Box’ sample carton to offer to sealed unit manufacturers who’d like to see a selection of samples that reflect the wide range of Thermobar Warm Edge Spacers and Accessories.
‘Thermobar in a Box’ contains enough samples to make a small 15.5mm spacer framework with Thermobar duplex internal bars and fittings, and Thermobar Interbar and fittings. It also contains a sample of a new plastic straight connector and gas keys and fittings – and all in a box that fits in a small package envelope!
The Group’s marketing manager, Samantha Hill tells more about the Thermobar warm edge spacer range and the new sample boxes: “The Thermobar Warm Edge Spacer range has been in continual development since we began manufacturing the spacer bar in 2010. As well as increasing our production of the spacer itself and adding to the range of sizes and colours, we have also been expanding our injection moulding division and producing a multitude of colour-matched fittings. The full stock range of Thermobar products including all sizes, colours and accessories currently stands at an impressive 216 different components. We are also currently setting up to offer customer’s further colours including Light Grey RAL 7040, Brown RAL 8003 and Mahogany RAL 8016.
“The challenge was to represent our Thermobar highest performance range of products in a small box which is easy to post out to the multitude of international enquiries we are currently working our way through. The ‘Thermobar in a Box’ sample carton is enough to give an idea of our range to which we are very happy to follow up with further samples, competitive prices and our wide range of literature which shows the window industry the advantages of working with the highest performance plastic spacer system available from the UK’s leading supplier.
“We have also produced a window performance chart to accompany the sample box, which shows window Uw values calculated using the figures from our latest Bundesverband Flachglass Data Sheet -thermal conductivity value of 0.14 W/mK and representative psi values as low as 0.029 W/mK. The Thermobar Warm Edge Spacer range includes: Thermobar spacer tubes in black, grey and white in 7.5mm, 9.5mm, 11.5mm, 13.5mm, 15.5mm, 17.5mm and 19.5mm; A 4mm bar is also available in black; bespoke colour-matched corner keys in compatible sizes; 7.5mm-19.5mm neutral flexi keys; straight connectors in sizes 11.5mm–19.5mm; gas corner keys in 7.5mm-19.5mm (with and without hole); a range of colour-matched gas collars and plugs; 18mm profile Thermobar Interbar and Fittings in 11.5mm and 15.5mm; 15mm and 18mm profile duplex fittings to suit bar from 7.5mm up to 15.5mm; Buffers for centre keys are available in black and white.
