Over the past 12 months, Thermoseal Group has been a hectic place to work. Manufacturing is proving to be a constant but enjoyable challenge. With the launch of Thermobar and the continual additions to the range, we're constantly looking for ways to expand the selection of compatible components and increase production to meet market demand for our highest performance warm edge spacer bar.

Warm Edge Update (June 2011)

Firstly, I'd like to thank all customers who are now purchasing Thermobar Warm Edge Spacer Bar. It has been a challenge to turn our 30 years experience within the industry to manufacturing warm edge products, but now we are, we intend to continue to invest in the range. Research and development is now our focus so please look out for more warm edge components in the near future. Please read on for our update.

End of Year Update (December 2010)

2010 and the plans for 2011 and beyond.

As well as investing in the production of Thermobar warm edge spacer which is running off the production line as this is written, we have taken on additional warehouse space and a number of new staff in our Birmingham and Wigan branches. In addition, we have updated our internal systems and processes to build and maintain our service to customers.

Warm Edge Update (October 2010)

Over the past 18 months, we’ve been working closely with providers of Window Energy Rating (WER) schemes to ensure that insulated glass manufacturers get the best possible advice to aid their customers through the early days of building regulation compliance. On the countdown to legislation, the cost and work to comply has been reduced by competition between the explosion of competent persons schemes. Please read on for our update.

Warm Edge Review (March 2008)

Our 2010 focus is Window Energy Ratings (WERs).

While we continue to work with our customers and window installers so that they can achieve their desired WER, we’re also working actively on behalf of the IG industry to tackle some of the issues that IG manufacturers have
