Thermoseal Group Equipment (TGE) offers a comprehensive range of glass machinery and equipment for manufacturing insulated glass (IG) sealed units.

TGE started in 1979 with the introduction of the first Hopper-fed Hot Melt Extruder, which has evolved to new specification and is part of our current range of Hot Melt Extruders on offer.

The Group’s 40 years of expertise in building machinery, combined with feedback from our world-wide customer base means that we can provide quality machinery built to the requirements of the sealed unit manufactures - both smaller manufacturers and some of the glass and glazing industry leaders.

We have also developed our own range of advanced gas fillers as part of our drive to help sealed unit manufacturers to achieve an official EN1279 part 3 Certificate.  This Certificate is now vital in gaining viable Window Energy Ratings (WERs) on gas-filled units.
