Grille and Georgian Fabrication Department

Georgian bar is stapled or screwed to the spacer frame of the sealed unit and is then sealed between two pieces of glass to create your internal Georgian design. Whether it is Gothic arches or Victorian grille, Thermoseal Group supplies high quality bar and fittings suitable for any designs. We also supply surface mount bar to fit over internal muntin bar or duplex systems to replicate traditional multi-pane window designs. The only limit is your imagination!

We have a fabrication department dedicated to offering one of the largest ranges of Georgian bar and grille which is available in a multitude of sizes and differing colours - we can match any colour through powder coating or foiling bar and fittings. We make internal grid systems that can be tailor-made to your own design and to fit a specific shape and size of window. A range of stock patterns are also available.

The types of Georgian systems include: Standard and Woodgrain Georgian Bar (18x5mm, 18x8mm and 25x8mm); Interbar and Warm Edge Muntin Bar; System 76; Foam Spacer Georgian Fittings; Duplex system fittings and Victorian Grille and fittings.
